Affordable meeting room space for rent

Hi Ladies!
I am looking for affordable meeting room space that has a projector and flip chart. The meeting space I am using now just increased their rent by 100%!
Currently, I need something that can hold up to 5 or 8 people.
If anyone has this space for hourly rent of know of any company or anyone willing to rent for a reasonable rate. Please let me know. I appreciate any help!
