The Women Business Owners Club Newsletter is a monthly publication
distributed to all members, at seminars of the club and to new
members. It is an excellent way to reach a targeted audience
of small business owners.
The editorial content of the newsletter is handled each month by
our editor, Deborah DeGoyler. Design and layout services are provided
by Katie McGregor of Fit Hong Kong.

Terms and Conditions

Artwork is to be provided
by the advertiser as follows:
1/12 page, which is 90mm (w) x 41mm (t) or 3.6" (w)
x 1.7"(t).
Note that this is a black & white, horizontal advert.
a) a high-resolution jpeg (355dpi) at the correct size,
or
b) a good printout at the correct proportion (size can
be reduced), or
c) an illustrator or Freehand file with all fonts converted
to outline. |

The deadline for the cancellation of ads previously booked is the 20 th of the month before the month of publication. For ads cancelled after the 20 th of the month before the month of publication and before the 1 st of the month of publication, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. For cancellations on or after the 1 st of the month of publication, no refund will be given. |

Advertisements are charged at the discounted
rate for 6 consecutive identical ads. Ads cannot be changed
from month to month. |

Please note that the work involved in
putting together the newsletter is done gratis by the editor
and designer. Advertisers are therefore requested to ensure
that artwork is submitted on time and in final format.
The WBOC will not follow up with advertisers and will take
no responsibility for ads that are incorrect or omitted
due to the late submission of artwork. |
